Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Great New Mexican chain. This spot is always packed with good reason. Try a piece of green chili and cheese pizza. Another great deal is the deluxe chicken salad. Get the family size- it feeds a family.

So so so so so good! Living in Colorado, Dion's is a must stop when I go home. My favorite thing on the menu? Greek Salad!!! Between how good the Salad is, and the homemade Greek Dressing, you can NEVER go bad! I always pair up the salad with a slice of pizza, with fresh tomato and green chile. Dont forget to buy some of their dressings to go! Their Ranch dressing is to die for. Cant wait until they open more and more locations in Colorado!

I tried a new item today... the Tuscany. It was a perfectly sized pizza with artichokes, pine nuts, cheese and tomatoes... it was a really, really good pizza! Home run! Dion's never disappoints. My first love was the turkey & swiss sub, then the Greek dressing, then the Duke City, then the Margherita with green chile... no matter what I order it's consistently good. Plus, it's one of the few places I've found that carries Cherry Coke - bonus!

Same lunch today. All was smooth! Chicken Caesar salad from Dions is my favorite! Thank you!!!
(5)Orion A.
Absolutely love their pizza and you can't beat their chef salad! I frequent once every 2 weeks or so, never had a bad experience. The pick up line always moves quickly, the girls working the window are always nice, and the order is always accurate.

Such a hit or miss.. I got really sick last time. I always order "well done" but when we pick up it looks more like cheese soup in a bread bowl. I find it very sad that New Mexicans think this is good pizza.

Who doesn't love dions? Now I'm from the East Coast so I've had better pizza, but that's not a mark on dions at all. Just a difference I'm accustomed too ;-). Dions makes GREAT subs and salads. Their turkey salad is to die for. Huge fan of the Greek dressing. I'm super partial to ranch dressings (really dislike hidden valley), so it takes a lot for me to love a ranch. I LOVE their ranch. Dions has great prices!! Can feed all these growing boys for a decent amt. Sunday I got a large pepperoni pizza, a family size salad (enough to feed an army), bottle of ranch, bottle of Greek, and a large cheese bread for about $35.00. We still had leftovers. I can't speak highly enough about the bang for your buck. Most people from here already know this, but if you're visiting and looking for some great, inexpensive food, give it a whirl. Promise you'll think of it in future daydreams ;-)

We love Dions pizza! We love supporting local businesses, and Dion's is always a family favorite. The pizza is good, the salads are better, the subs are great, but the ranch dressing is the best! Service is always awesome, I don't care if they are HS students, Dion's is raising an awesome culture of teenagers who give great customer service. Just because they are teenagers doesn't mean they can't give good service. We love the fact that they have such an awesome menu, with a ton of choices, we love that they sell pizza by the slice, that way we don't have to buy a whole pizza for the kids if we feel like having subs. The salads are always awesome and fresh! Here's a secret, if you order cheese toast add any pizza topping to it and it's ah-maz-ing!! Or drizzle ranch dressing on your pizza...yummy!

Great customer service - clean restaurant - serviced bathrooms - order correct - friendly staff - efficient drive-thru - phone orders have never been late and/or incorrect
(5)Ryan P.
Stop forgetting the dressing - salads get dressing- subs get dressing- seems pretty simple pretty standard to ms.

I LOVE Dions!!! I love the pizza, the salad, the subs. It's just a great restaurant all around. The staff is always friendly, it's fast, and they aren't too pricey. Definitely one of my favorites.
(5)JA C.
Food is always good. The salads are great. Salad dressings are flavorful and not too vinegar tasting. The ham and cheese sub are stuffed with meat and cheese. Really great bread. Yum.

Good place for lunch salad and sandwich . I am hooked on the Italian sandwich and greek salad prices are good for the quantity of food .

Best pizza in Albuquerque bar none. Dion's pizza is always well made, great crust and sauce. I recommend the Dion's Special if you are new to the place. Building your own is great once you know what they have. The green chilies on any pie is the way to go. I also love the family salads they offer. Best way to let everyone have the portion they want without wasting any. We tried the subs and they are good too. But if you are making the trip to Dion's, go for the pizza.

Dions is one of those places my husband and I go to because its casual and its easy to take our little one here. As many people have stated, it is predominantly staffed by high school kids and therefore the service is spotty. One day you go and its excellent and then you go back and its horrible.
(3)Peggy R.
Dion's is just good food. Nothing fancy and I prefer the slices or my pizza well done or it can be a little doughy. But the subs are fabulous, the salads good and dressings terrific (the only low fat ranch I have ever had that was good). Service is amazing considering just young people work there. Most fast food places who have just teenagers have terrible service, I don't know how they do it. We travel but spend a few months a year in the Rio Rancho area and Dion's is a must. Best brownies EVER!
(4)J M.
Great pizza, great prices. I love their Greek Salad and I add chicken to it for a great low cal lunch. The drinks are inexpensive and all have free refills. It is almost always clean. This one is closest to my house but I eat at many of them depending on what part of town I'm in. The only suggestion I have is to add wifi. It's very inexpensive and I think would increase your customer count during slow hours as many of us who don't have traditional offices would pick your location over the others we use. If you go on a Saturday be prepared for LOTS of families and teams (soccer, football etc.)
(5)Carol R.
I love Dion's for their salads! The chicken caesar is my Fav! Also, the fruit is always fresh and yum! Sandwiches are good and top it off with their super yummy brownies!
(4)Christine P.
Best New York style pizza you are going to get outside of New York! Always very good, always busy. The pizzas are a perfect blend of good sauce, good crust, and yummy toppings. And did I mention they are greasy :) The good kind of greasy! just enough to make you salivate!
(5)Bev M.
The food is always great here and the staff is also friendly. The subs and pizzas are great and the prices are good.

OMG, where do I start? I have been in love with Dion's since high school and am still obsessed with it! My favorite part about visiting my family? DION'S! From their tasty salads and delicious pizza to their kick butt sandwiches, there is something for everyone. Very affordable. They have the most amazing Greek Dressing. I buy bottles of it to keep my fridge stocked between visits to NM. Fast and friendly service tops of the amazing food.
(5)Nicolas D.
What can I say, it's a Dion's! Fast and friendly service, the food is as great as at any other Dion's in town.
(5)Debra D.
Best pizza and food on the planet! Dion's is extremely affordable. They have the best ranch dressing here. Order your pizza with a side of ranch or opt for ranch dressing with your sub instead of greek.
(5)Louis R.
I've traveled the country and never found a pizza quite like Dion's. Big chunks of flavorful toppings, generous sizes, and a great place for celebrations of all types! The sandwiches and salads are also top notch, but it's rare that I'll give up a slice to have them instead. A fun and busy place, full of fantastic food and energy!
(4)Ray A.
The other night, called in an order. When I went to pick up my order through the drive-thru, I had to wait another 30 minutes. Food was delicious just wish I didn't have to wait so long for my order that was called in.
(3)Tom C.
The Rio Rancho version of the regional franchise Dion's is a dependable if not terribly exciting option for local dining. They always strike me as just a step above your average fast food, but fill pretty much the same niche. The pizzas are average. The subs are decent. Noplace staffed almost entirely with high school kids is going to be a consistently exceptional experience, but they do seem to have a better than average staff in general. It's a great place to grab a relaxed lunch, but it's not my first choice for eating out.
